THIS IS A 1ST CLASS ORAL SURGURY TEAM , STATE OF THE ART 3D IMAGE OF THE TOOTH AND DRAWINGS SHOWING THE WORK NEEDED TO FIX THE PROMBLEM AND COURSE OF ACTION FOR HEALING TIME WITH DOCTOR ROYAL AND STAFF FROM TOP TO BOTTOM THANK -YOU REBECCA , LAURA , EVELYN YOU WERE GREAT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL , SORRY I CAN'T RECALL AND REMEMBER ALL OF YOU LADIES NAMES , BUT YOU WERE ALL VERY KIND AND CARING TO MRS BEAVER , MRS BEAVER IS A HAND FULL , BUT YOUR STAFF DR. ROYAL , GAVE HER EXCELLENCE CARE AND SHE DID NOT HAVE A APPT EITHER THIS WAS A REFERAL FROM HER OTHER DOCTOR ROBERT GRYEBET D.D.S. , YOUR OFFICE WAS ABLE TO SEE MRS BEAVER ON A EMER VISIT , ON THE SAME DAY WITHIN 1 1/2 HOURS ON 2-27-19 AT 3.30 IN THE AFTERNOON , VERY HAPPY WITH THE CARE GIVEN AND THE END RESULTS AND FOLLOW UP AND ADVISE , I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOUR FAMILY , LOVE ONE.S , FRIENDS IF THEY HAVE A ISSUE AND NEED ORAL SURGURY THIS PRACTICE IS TOP NOTCH THANK-YOU YOU SO MUCH CHARLES RILEY / FRIEND / CARETAKER FOR CAMARIE BEAVER - PATIENT . My daughter and I met with Dr Mark Azzopardi, and although the staff was polite, the Dr was really rude and short with me. It's like he wanted to argue about everything and was invasive with my daughter. Ive never been spoken to like that by a Dr and found it unprofessional. They had a scan done and afterwards said it wasn't covered by insurance. I name usually informed prior if a procedure won't be covered. We will be going to a different oral surgeon from now on.

Exceptional service starting with the receptionists who are very pleasant and courteous, the nurses who are very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable and last but not least Dr Robert Chames whose expertise, courtesy and compassion is extraordinary.
