In 30 years of dental care, I have experienced none better than that which I received at the Livonia office of OOS. Dr. "K," and the top shelf support staff, made my visits to the dentist as pleasurable as one could imagine.

The staff was great! I can’t remember everyone’s name, but Carmen and Jamie come to mind. Carrie was the assistant and she was very friendly and was always concerned about my comfort. I wish I could remember the name of the other assistant who was present during the procedure because she was great as well! The blankets and the opportunity to pick your own music were nice bonuses also!

This place is fantastic. Unfortunately i had to have 2 teeth extracted. The staff here is so kind and helpful especially as I have an extreme nerve disorder. They are so understanding. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Love them all. Thank you for wonderful care and service.

I can't say enough good about this surgical facility. Front staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Surgical assistant Shelley was amazing at calming my fears and making me feel comfortable. Sam was also very soothing. Dr. Haskins is the best! Thoughtful, considerate, caring, gentle and amazing oral surgeon skills. All in all, my visit here was a positive experience thanks to all these people! Would definitely recommend!

My recent appointment at Oakland Oral Surgery (Sterling Heights location) for a molar extraction and implant preparation went exceedingly well. Having completed two previous implant surgeries with Dr Kissoondial and Staff resulting in stellar results wiith no discomfort. A very professional, friendly atmosphere. Dr Kissoondial and staff will keep you informed of your procedure as well constantly monitor your comfort level to dispel any apprehension. Dr. Haskins explained the procedure in patient terms and was very kind. He said the time frame would be a half an hour and I would be out of the chair. He was correct and I had minimal pain after the extraction. I would indeed recommend him.

I was very nervous about how I would be after having 4 teeth extracted. Everyone at the office was very helpful and calming. The procedure was quick. I followed their precautions and advice for aftercare and I had no problems with swelling or pain. I would definitely recommend this office for your dental work.

I was the biggest baby there was when it came to going to the dentist of any kind. But I have to tell you seeing Dr. Chames has been life-changing for me. Not only are his office staff and dental assistances professional, experienced and friendly, Dr. Chames Has to be the best oral surgeon I have ever seen. He is kind, caring and always tells you what he’s doing. I had to have eight of my top teeth pulled at the same time. I was sedated , but afterwords I was totally amazed that I hardly had any pain or swelling at all. I took Tylenol for the first 24 hours but I probably didnt even need that. I cannot tell you how going to the dentist( oral surgeon) has changed my way of thinking. I wish I had gone to them when I was younger but my fear kept me away and now I am paying the price. Don’t let that happen to you. . I would recommend them to anyone especially scaredy cats who have a fear of dentistry. I cannot thank them enough!

I'm a big chicken when it comes to dental procedures. That being said, when I broke a tooth that couldn't be repaired my dentist sent me to the Sterling Heights office of Oakland Oral Surgery . From the moment I walked in and through out the procedure by Dr. Kriss , I was kept comfortable and more importantly, pain free. The procedure was a little more complicated than expected and I had a few stiches placed in my gum. I left the office and returned home expecting to feel uncomfortable when the anesthetic wore off, but much. to my surprise there was no sensation or discomfort. I can't recommend them more highly, would give them six stars if possible.

It all started with januarry 1st, a sunday, where my bottom right wisdom tooth (which had actaully had a filling 10 months prior) wound up having a piece break off. So i went to my regular dentist whom filled it with a temp filling and instructing me that this tooth needs to be extracted and referred me to this place. I will be honest. i was truly dreading this procedure for the entire month I had to wait to get in. But from the very start the staff was very helpful and friendly. I initially was scheduled for the Livonia Office, but my work was actually closer to the Novi location so i called up Livonia and asked them about it. they were able to easiily and happily reschedule me to go to Novie. Also they were very good about explaining what i need to bring with me. I showed up this past week for my appointment with Dr. Coke. From the very start at the front desk, they were friendly , and informative. I was then called in for a brief talk with Andrea and she was very good at explaining what she needed to and answered questions for me. Dr. Coke was very friendly, very informative, explained everything step by step before during and after. answered questions i had. and was so calming. He told me exactly every detail of what to expect even as i was undergoing the procedure. he made me feel at east and afte rit was all over it was far easier than i expected. and afterwards, when i went to pick up medications, there was an issue at the pharmacy saying they didn't have the extra strength medication so i called in and worked with Melissa on the phone a few times in order to find a place that did, and she was so friendly and helpful, getting me through this. I will be back next week for follow up but my first visit was A+

This was my second dental implant at the Sterling Heights Office. My doctor was great, the surgical assistants, and the office staff were also great and and very helpful. I would return if needed, but hopefully it will not be necessary.

Dr. Coke - Initial consultation was explained and easily understood. My procedure was unusual and, in my opinion, extensive and went better than I anticipated (molar tooth, wisdom tooth and a growth removed). The follow up care has been exceptional. It's comforting to have a doctor care about his patience and their wellbeing. Without a doubt 5 Stars and a big thumbs up, not to mention, the entire staff and facility is top shelf. Very classy environment.

From the moment I stepped into the office the staff was extremely nice. The assistants were so compassionate and made me feel so comfortable. Dr kissoondial explained every step to me and very gentle. When I went in I saw Dr Coke who was very nice and he answered all my questions. I wouldn't go anywhere else than Oakland Oral Surgery for dental extractions and implants. I've had several implants performed there over the years and have never had a complaint. The office staff and surgical assistants are exceptionally friendly while taking very good care of the patients. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kissoondial who is committed to providing the very best care to his patients. He takes the time to listen to his patients and to explain everything carefully. I took my daughter to get her wisdom teeth pulled. The staff and doctor were patient and knowledgeable. They took their time and did an excellent job. Allison had no bruising or swelling and very little discomfort. Doctor Haskins also followed up to make sure she was doing well afterwards.

Dr. Chames and his assistants were extremely professional, kind, and gentle. I had a lot of questions regarding medications I take that could cause jaw bone issues and Dr. Chames answered each question with certainty and knowledge. Nobody likes surgery so if it is required you want to feel confident, comfortable, and have it over quickly. I got all three of these things at Oakland Oral Surgery. Dr. Haskins explained the procedure to me, made sure that my concerns were met, monitored me to ensure I wasn't in pain and he never rushed yet worked efficiently to get me in and out of the chair quickly. I can honestly say that I never felt discomfort during the surgery and my post operative discomfort was minimal. Both Dr. Haskins and the Surgical Assistant Melissa did an outstanding job and I would not hesitate to return for other needs or to recommend Oakland Oral Surgery to others. Dr. Kissoondial and all of the staff are AMAZING! My daughter had all four of her wisdom teeth extracted here a couple weeks ago. From my first interaction when calling to schedule her appointment to her pre op, the staff was so professional, so accommodating, and just as friendly as can be!
