Insurance and Financial Information

At Oakland Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center we accept most major dental insurance plans and deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. Every insurance company has a different policy regarding the extent of coverage and annual maximums allowed. Insurance benefits will be verified during your first visit and we will help you obtain maximum insurance coverage. 

Insurance co-payments, deductibles or non-covered procedures are due at the time service are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please understand that ultimately you are responsible for any fees not covered by your insurance.

Payment Options

We accept cash, checks, debit cards, FSA/HSA debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. There is a 3% transaction fee on the use of all credit cards. This fee is for credit cards only. Debit cards with a pin entered do not encounter any fees.
