I am so grateful that the endodontist telephoned Oakland Oral Surgery in Novi when he determined that an extraction was necessary. I was in so much pain. They said they would take me immediately. The lovely woman at the front desk called my insurance for me, Andrea my nurse was so kind and Dr Moores did a great job! (He even gave me a graham cracker from his lunch so that the antibiotic didn't hurt my stomach!) Even the checkout was quick. When you are really hurting, their kindness and caring can make all the difference!

Without sharing a lot of personal details, I can confidently tell you that there is no better person to care for a serious issue related to oral surgery that Dr Chames. I had a serious issue with my jaw bone and during a long treatment his attention to detail, my short term and long term care, and his responsiveness were simply outstanding. My appreciation for him and the staff goes far beyond what words can explain.
