Dear all, Please be cautious. I have some concerns about their operations. I am writing regarding the tooth extraction done on 11/27/2023, Patient ID 191900. I had booked the appointment with them based on a referral and details provided by my dentist, which I shared with the clinic more than one month in advance along with the insurance details. The issue is that I was neither provided an estimation nor informed about any co-pay for the procedure. I was only asked for payment after the procedure was completed. I was not prepared for any co-pay. I expected to be informed about this beforehand so that I could decide when and whether to proceed with the procedure. I have also tried contacting them via phone but received no proper response, and they never replied to my email.

I had as great of an experience as one can getting my tooth pulled today. Dr. Azzopardi and his team were knowledgeable, great at explaining what was going to happen, and made sure that I was as comfortable as I could be in that situation.
