Dr Havilland is super! I was dreading this appointment. Instead, what I found was that the entire staff was welcoming, cheerful, highly understanding, respectful, and accommodating. She made the whole experience much less anxiety-ridden than I ever imagined. Then she made an unexpected follow-up call later in the afternoon to see how I was doing. That was a most welcome surprise.
