I tried twice to schedule an appointment and both experiences with the front desk were disappointing. The staff member I spoke with was rude and not helpful when I asked basic questions about scheduling. Instead of assisting, the tone felt dismissive and unprofessional, which made the process frustrating. When you’re dealing with dental or surgical care, you expect the office staff to at least be courteous and willing to help guide you through scheduling. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. After two attempts and the same experience, I decided to look elsewhere for care. I hope the office works on improving customer service at the front desk because first impressions matter a lot for patients.

Dr. Haskins is the best! The entire staff is wonderful. Kind, knowledgeable and comforting especially if you have dental anxiety.

Everyone at the Livonia office was kind & made me feel comfortable. They answered all of my questions & concerns. Dr. Metwally explained that I would feel pressure, but no pain during the procedure. I was pleased with the entire experience. If you need to have wisdom teeth extracted, I highly recommend Oakland Oral surgery.
