I’m writing this review first because of Dr. Metwally’s humanity, patience, and the way he takes time to talk with you and explain everything before starting any procedure. He extracted my tooth very professionally and made me feel comfortable during the whole process. You can truly tell that he wants to help his patients and not just see you as another patient to take money from or push you into getting an implant if it’s not necessary. After a very bad experience with a previous specialist, it was hard for me to trust any dentist again, but Dr. Metwally restored my confidence. I highly recommend him.

Dr. MOORES was very thorough in explaining my upcoming procedure. He asked my mom and me if we had any questions or concerns. His assistant was very friendly and made me relax prior to seeing Dr. MOORES. I scheduled my surgery and I prayerful for good results.

I recently had a procedure done in the Novi office and all of the staff were exceptionally kind and informative! Dr. Coke explained everything thoroughly prior to starting the procedure and I was made to feel very comfortable. I did not experience any pain during the procedure and have been managing the pain afterwards just fine by consistently staying ahead of it. All of my questions were answered and I was also sent home with an informative sheet with reminders of the post-op care. Having such a pleasant experience drastically reduced the amount of anxiety I was feeling regarding this procedure. I most definitely recommend Oakland Oral Surgery in Novi!
