Dr. Moores was truly exceptional among the dental providers I have encountered. He was thorough in explaining the procedure, reviewing my medical history, answering my questions, and providing instructions for care after the procedure. Then, he saw me quickly for a followup regarding an increase in pain and was very responsive to the symptoms I exhibited. In addition, every staff person with whom I interacted on the phone or in person at the Novi and Livonia offices did everything possible to make my treatment the best it could be in all ways. I cannot thank everyone enough for assisting me. It made a difficult situation for me much easier to manage.

Everyone I encountered before and after my wisdom teeth removal was friendly and helpful. Dr. Moores was very informative of the expectations before and after the procedure. I felt comfortable even though I was naturally nervous.
