I would give six stars if I was able to. The entire staff there seems to work as a “family”, the Doctor was professional AND compassionate, the office was warm and welcoming. It is rare that I see such a wonderful work environment, please know that it makes a difference for both your staff and patients! What a great team. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. I walked in apprehensive, but after talking to Dr Curtiss Haskins, put total at ease. He did such a great job of explaining the procedure, start to finish. I highly recommend Oakland Oral Surgery!

The whole staff from Doctors to Admin people are very knowledgeable; for instance, I had some questions about how much would the insurance cover and how much out-of-pocket I will have to pay, the finance team provided a quote with breakdowns (no hidden fees) that I could easily understand. I was also very happy that they gave me the option to select the type of anesthesia I wanted (local, I've always been scared of general anesthesia).

Dr. Haskins was phenomenal! He is so kind, considerate, and has excellent bedside manner. He even called me the same day of my procedure to personally see how I was doing and had great follow-up afterwards. The front desk ladies were nice and professional over the phone and in-person coordinating everything. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs their services!

I am so impressed with the professionalism and welcoming attitude of this office. Dr. Kissoondial and his staff are amazing. They have completed several dental implants for me over the past few years. I have never needed pain meds after any of the procedures. I am always greeted with courtesy and they always take time to address any concerns I have pre and post procedure. I heartily recommend this practice to family and friends.

Dr. Moores was truly exceptional among the dental providers I have encountered. He was thorough in explaining the procedure, reviewing my medical history, answering my questions, and providing instructions for care after the procedure. Then, he saw me quickly for a followup regarding an increase in pain and was very responsive to the symptoms I exhibited. In addition, every staff person with whom I interacted on the phone or in person at the Novi and Livonia offices did everything possible to make my treatment the best it could be in all ways. I cannot thank everyone enough for assisting me. It made a difficult situation for me much easier to manage.

Everyone I encountered before and after my wisdom teeth removal was friendly and helpful. Dr. Moores was very informative of the expectations before and after the procedure. I felt comfortable even though I was naturally nervous.

Dr. Moore's is the best Oral Surgeon that I have been to in over forty years. I wish he was my regular dentist. Just this one time that I received services from him and his staff, I feel I can trust them to do all my dental work.
